  • Caffeine is widespread in both nature and the modern world and its effects are POWERFUL. Not only does it BLOCK adenosine receptors (which put you to sleep), but in high doses and when tolerance hasn't yet developed, it will also have a powerful effect on the adrenaline (epinephrine) and dopamine system⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This causes the increased strength and euphoria that you got with that first ever cup but also causes the jitteriness and anxiety associated with overdose (this is why some people choose to cycle caffeine but you have to take care with dosing!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That said, caffeine is generally safe when consumed sensibly as you'll start to feel unwell waaaaay before anything really bad happens. I would recommend starting low and then building up to the effective dose but remember that you WILL develop a tolerance so don't try to keep chasing that buzz. Just know that hitting the recommended dose will cause desired increased alertness and improved performance in the gym⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Caffeine also helps to mobilise fatty acids ready for burning and conveniently it also has a thermogenic effect which means it increases heat production (i.e. you're burning more calories)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now with any fat burner, it's worth remembering that without having your diet on point, you're not going to gain any benefit. They are not magic pills. That said, the appetite suppression and energy boost are some great positives when cutting fat along with the fat burner effects described above⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is ALSO growing evidence that habitual coffee drinking can have positive effects on certain diseases includes some cancers and Alzheimer's disease and most of the negative effects (such as increased blood pressure, insomnia and jitters) can be attenuated by sensible dosing and regular use⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Who loves caffeine? Who can't stand it?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Healthy tips
Hydrate- in my believes one day we came from the ocean and star climbing the trees ..your body 70% is water ..drink more water ..no squash, no tea or coffee or booze but clean, still water
Oxygenate/stimulate - in my eyes that means move daily.. there is million ways of training but for all those types you need breathing which gives you oxygenation with leads to energy stimulation
Other stimulation - laugh , have banter, don’t be so serious all the time life is to short , yes there as certain things that’s needs to be done but when time come switch off and have good time
Eat well - as much as you can cook from scratch, eat a lot of greens and raw foods
Stretch - this isn’t easy one as you can have muscles that are in spams which needs to be released before stretched otherwise you could cause further damage so if you don’t know how to stretch properly don’t be a macho just seek advise from expert
Mental health - stop watching fuckin news all the time , don’t you see 90% if not more is bad news, what that does gives you more stress, more anxiety more negative vibes in your life which makes you eat more pills and more shit foods
Stop eating margarine - didn’t you you know that is the one of the worst if not the worst forms of fats, highly hydrogenated fats so processed that is so close of being plastic ( yeah watch more adverts maybe that will give you more info #brainwash ) instead eat full fat butter in small amount or enter use extra virgin olive oil or soft avocado
Posture - work on your posture, improved posture means improved cells oxygenation, less migraines less headaches ( upper trapezius muscle originate at the base of your skull that’s main reason why ) improve posture means release pec minor, strengthen T-spine extensors leads to better upper traps #120milesonAbike #frozenrider #rideordie #grind #health #whatishealth #openyoureyes #wtfbro #getthegrip
