Whatever YOU do is what counts! For me it has been a loss of 4-5lbs already this year!!!!! Which I never thought was possible!
As January draws to a close I am in less pain than when I started the year! I’m fitter, stronger and finally shedding those inches off my butt/ thighs! .
I made the decision to make me a priority and I’ve never regretted it! Days like yesterday when my mind let’s me down I am reminded that the body is capable of helping the mind through the shit! While my friends keep me motivated and accountable!
If it wasn’t for my challengers today I would never have pushed play, I ours never have beaten last weeks scores!

- Success trains.
Back at it with my early morning reading and workouts before heading into a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Commitment isn’t easy, however it’s definitely worth it.
Today ST talked about the importance of committing NOW versus waiting until the end when you start feeling regrets. Always commit to giving your all in the here and now - that’s how you achieve success, confidence, and strength. Commit to no longer watching life pass you by and instead jump in and guide your life where you want it to go.

- One of the very most important things one must do before taking action is having a WHY. -why you are doing this?
-why is this worth the scary “risk”? -why is this worth getting out of the comfort zone?
The answer to those questions for me:
HIM. ME. US. 💫5 years from now I don’t want us to be “working to live” (aka living paycheck to paycheck) and only having this “dream”of being debt free so we can create our life instead of letting life create us.
Your circumstances don’t define you! however, nothing will ever get handed to you. *You have to be willing to put in the work through the hard and uncomfortable times. *Being able to envision what your life would be if you were your BEST self with all your dreams coming true and putting it out there in the universe and taking action. *Sacrificing times out now so down the road you don’t have to, preserving through the bumps, keeping your promises to yourself that you’ve made about the changes you want to happen and following through with them. *Oh, and BELIEF. If you have no belief in yourself, you will only go as far as the voice inside your head says.
If you want something bad enough, you will make it happen. You will do what it takes. Sacrifice, growth, getting uncomfortable, open mindset.
The life I want 5 years from now won’t have us stressing over money, working to just get by. Living this life isn’t LIVING!
The life I want 5 years from now, FREEDOM from the financial debt, freedom from working to live, and freedom from mindset full of insecurities.
It can happen for you too! All you have to do is believe that it can and take that first step💕

- The saying “your body will only go where your mind will allow it” rings so true to me this Monday morning.
Week 1: Day 1: BURN.
Holy crap, 5 minutes in, my legs were on 🔥🔥 and I already was dripping in sweat 😅contemplating if this program was something I can do. (My fears and doubts of pure cardio with a step creeped in.) 💥Dug deep to think of my WHY!
Why am I doing this? -To get stronger physically and mentally! -To feel better on the inside and out. -To have my clothes fit again. -To gain energy and confidence. -So when spring comes around I won’t be continuing to cover up, I’ll be proud of what I worked towards. **And MOST importantly, to show others WE can do hard freaking things in life despite what’s going on!

Instead of intention or goals Monday will be the day you declare to do one thing this week that makes you super uncomfortable.

Often we avoid things simply because it makes us stretch.
