- CLOSE YOUR EYES .... And, begin to listen to your breath. Listen to the gentle flow of the inhale and exhale like gentle waves in the ocean. Cleansing, nourishing, restoring and renewing...
Now - envision a place where the land meets the sea....a flowing river of peaceful energy. A place you might not expect, a place where the streets are dirty, a place where those with nothing come together with those with more than enough, a gathering of many souls for the same purpose of celebrating life and honoring death. An ENERGY like no other .... 🙏
In that moment....All gathering with love in their hearts, healing of their souls, and gratitude towards life. .
That moment- that very PRESENT MOMENT where ALL are connected by this peaceful, serene energy in the midst of choas which seems to be organized by the flow of this state of being....
Take a breath in .... Can you feel it? .
Ganges River .... India. Many have asked about "my favorite" part of my trip to India and honestly even after one week back home I am still processing it all. Sometimes there are no words to describe what and how I felt there....you just need to experience it yourself. Bucket list! .

- We’ve made it! This is the Zhuilu Cliff!

- Finally reached the top of Zhuilu Trail after a steep 2.5km climb. The views are spectacular! Pics and vids do not justify the awesome views.
Zhuilu Trail is most notorious for its treacherous path, half a metre wide and precariously situated high up on the Zhuilu Cliff. No barriers. No railings for most parts of the way. One false step and it’s bye bye world 😳

- From tomorrow I will be in Istanbul and I am going to spam a lot, guys 💚
Tomorrow, Russia celebrates the men's holiday Defender of the Fatherland Day. Our dear men will get plenty of shaving foam and socks😀
The holiday originated in the USSR, on February 23 it was annually celebrated as a national holiday - "Day of the Soviet Army and Navy". 🕵️
The history of the holiday dates back to January 28, 1918. On this day, against the backdrop of the ongoing World War I in Europe, the Council of People's Commissars (the actual government of Soviet Russia), headed by Lenin, adopted the Decree on the organization of the Workers' and Peasants Red Army. 🕵️
Later, the wording of this holiday changed several times, for example, "The Victory Day of the Red Army over the Kaiser troops of Germany in 1918 - the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland". At the moment it is just a day off when we congratulate our men.
