  • Wake up tired and literally too busy to go back to sleep? 😴
    Here are some tips to dealing with your busy day 👇🏼 👉🏼 Have a Freezing shower as soon as you wake up. 👉🏼 Eat a nutritious Breakfast, if you usually do intermittent fasting I suggest breaking it.
    👉🏼 Try the best to do some exercise outside, yoga, stretching, quick work out (you’ll be surprised how much it wakes you up).
    👉🏼 Dress yourself up, do your hair make up etc. Make yourself feel good on the outside to avoid that sluggish feeling. 👉🏼 Limit having a full tummy from things like milk from coffee again to make you feel less sluggish. 👉🏼 try not to work to your 100% full potential, you don’t want to work super hard in the morning and by lunch not functioning. 👉🏼 Snack on fruit, nuts etc instead of sugary foods to reduce your chances in crashing.
    These are tips I use when I’m super tired (which is more times than not) so I hope they help you!
