    30 kg × 10 reps × increase the weight in every sets.
    Make sure you set the barbell on upper chest portion and when you press you have to squeeze your glute and back because it's help you to control the weight. keep your head straight and look forward and On top of your press don't let your upper body go too forward.

    Today I tried to hit 35 kg but it's too heavy. I know you can't lift a new pr on everyday you go to workout , someday it's tough because you haven't eat enough food or you stressed about your job. But the important things are you can't stop and don't let anybody distraction you on your purpose in fitness. Just go to lift the weight and enjoy your life. See ya in the next content.

  • My post tonight is not about a transformation or about losing fat blah blah blah
    My post is about hormones. Ladies stop being so hard on yourself. These photos were literally one week apart. I could have stressed because I felt like last week is the worst I have looked in a long time, I could have been upset but I know from experience that my body does NOT look the same even from day to day. I hold water, I bloat, it all depends on my hormones. Cut yourself some slack. Show yourself some love!
