- When I lived in Seattle, I would periodically change my commute route to see new things and keep running interesting. I haven’t done that very much in Boston so far, but today I left work a bit earlier than normal so I could run along the Charles River rather than down Cambridge Street and I felt that same sense of joy and renewed enthusiasm for my commute as I did when I made such changes is Seattle. It was beautiful spending so much time along the water at sunset, watching sailing lessons, and seeing a river still very much half frozen.

- Today a long run was pencilled in the books- 16 mile was the goal, but when you’re running with people who are wanting to run 30-32km what do you do? You stay with them of course and turn yours into a longer run. 20mile in the bank and it felt so good in the cooler weather. Boston in target, a work in progress. Never stop believing and dreaming.
