    𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 + 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘀🍞
    This is a great and easy breakfast idea! You’ve got your fiber, healthy fat, complex carbs, and protein all in this delicious recipe.😋

    INGREDIENTS
    •2 eggs
    •2 slices whole grain bread
    •1 large avocado
    •1/8 tsp sea salt
    •1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    •Cherry tomatos -

    STEP
    1.To soft boil the eggs, bring a few inches water over high heat. Once the water has reached a rapid simmer, lower the heat to medium-high and slowly lower the eggs into the water using a spoon, one at a time.

    2.Boil the egg for around 6mins and place into an ice bath.

    3.Toast a thick slice of whole wheat bread until well-toasted, then set aside.

    4.In a small bowl, mash an avocado with sea salt and black pepper until it’s mostly pureed, then spread it evenly over the top of the slice of toast.

    5.Place the soft-boiled egg over the avocado spread and gently slice open, spreading to cover the entire toast.

    6.Then, sprinkle with the small pieces cherry tomato and ground black pepper. -
