    Do your shoulder blades wing or stick off of your back when you do push ups? We see people do scapular push ups to strengthen their #SerratusAnterior and #Rhomboid muscles, but they often shrug their shoulders and also bend their elbows like they are doing a full push up. ⁣

    The scapular pushup should be a very small motion where you focus on keeping your shoulders away from your ears and do not bend the elbows. If doing these on the ground is too difficult, do them on an incline up against a table, chair, weight bench, or box. ⁣

    If you find it is still difficult to do these without bending your elbows, then practice this shoulder blade movement on your forearms/elbows.⁣

    Focus on really reaching your spine to the ceiling and imagining your shoulder blades wrapping around your rib cage as you press your body away from the ground. HOLD that top position to strengthen the serratus anterior and rhomboids. Do 10-20 Repetitions with a 5 second hold at the top. Make sure to do these with good form, so if you find yourself struggling, then do 2 repetitions with a 5 second hold and take a break! ⁣

    ۶_ به دیگران هم کمک کن

    هر وقت کسی بهت گفت که تو این کاره نیستی، نمی تونی، عمراً و از این جور کلمات، تو چشماش نگاه کن و فقط لبخند بزن چون بازنده ها فقط بلدن بقیه رو هم مثل خودشون ببینند و آدمای موفق از فیلتر چشمی اونا رد نمیشه ( چشم دیدن موفقیت دیگران رو ندارن )

    یا اگر هدفی داری تا آخرش مرد عمل باش یا اگر فقط جو گیر شدی و میخوای جا بزنی، بهتره که با فکر و خیالت زندگی کنی تا زحمت کشیدن چون زحمت کشیدن و به هدف رسیدن یه اراده ی فولادین میخواد دوست خوبم!

    📘Czy ktoś ma tutaj problem z przybraniem masy na nogach? Przychodzę z pomocą!

    📙Nie lubię zbyt dużego kombinowania, po prostu przedstawiam Wam 2 najlepsze ćwiczenia, dzięki którym zbudujecie dobrą ilość masy mięśniowej na nogach.

    📗Zwróćcie uwagę na przedział powtórzeń jaki podałem w tej infografice, bo jest to bardzo ważne, chce abyście katowali je na dużej objętości ale z dobrym zachowaniem techniki. -
    📕Jeśli nie mamy możliwości robić Nordic Curla, polecam robić wznosy bioder, bądź mostki, nie są one co prawda tak efektywne jak Nordic Curl, ale też się sprawdzą.

    W obu ćwiczeniach ważne by zastosować tempo treningowe, 2110 będzie świetnym rozwiązaniem.
