    Guten Morgen ihr Lieben 😊
    Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute Blaubeer-Pancakes 🥞 mit kalorienarmem Ahornsirup 🍁 gemacht 😋
    Die ganze Portion (6x Stk.) hatte nur 401 kcal, 20g Eiweiß, 59g KH und 7g Fett 📊
    Rezept: Man benötigt 70g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund, 75g Mehl, 100ml Sojamilch light, 1x TL Backpulver, Xucker light nach Bedarf und ggf. Smacktastic Vanilla Cream von @rockanutrition. Zuerst sollte man 50g Eiweiß steif schlagen und vorerst an die Seite stellen. Anschließend die restlichen 20g Eiweiß mit dem Xucker light schaumig rühren, die Sojamilch light dazugeben und das Mehl mit dem Backpulver unterrühren. Zum Schluss den Eischnee unterheben. Dann immer etwa 2 EL des Teiges bei mittlerer Hitze in einer beschichteten Pfanne geben, mit ein paar Heidelbeeren belegen (insgesamt 130g) und wenden sobald sich Bläschen an der Oberfläche bilden👌
    🇬🇧 pancakes with fresh blueberries
    Recipe: You need 2x egg whites, 75g wholemeal flour, 100ml soy milk light, 1x tsp baking powder, Xucker light or another sweetener as needed and vanilla flavour. First you have to beat one egg white until stiff. Then mix the other egg white with the Sweetener and add the soy Milk, the flour with the baking powder and the flavour. Finally fold in the beaten egg white carefully. Then put 2 tablespoons of the dough in a coated pan, put some blueberries on it (in total 130g) and bake it until you can see bubbles, then turn around 😊

  • So a week into #munrodoesmac and here's a summary of the week so far..
    🔹️Managed 6 workouts so far (with another planned for today) even though at times it would have been much easier to flop on the couch (Wednesday I'm looking at you 😂)
    🔹️had an ok ish week #macros wise..do need to work on upping the protein again but that curried chicken wrap had 70g plus ..aiming for more of those days! 🔹️had enough calories banked for a gin and 3 small glasses (300ml all told) of wine on saturday night with my parents 🔹️the focus of the challenge gave me a "cop on" moment. Mam made real chips for herself and dad..but also added an extra potato "incase I wanted some. I generally cannot resist chips. I ❤ 🍟. But last night, i ate my own dinner, was satisfied, not stuffed and turned down the chips! Eating for the sake of it, not worth it and every nibble and taste add up ...proud of myself for listening to my body and @munrofitness sensible knowledge

  • 💪It is very true that once you get knocked down, it does make you stronger and every day is another chance to reset, be positive and move forwards like a winner!💪

    👌So, if you have had a bad day/weekend, slipped up or didn’t do what you set out to do, WELL DONE!  Well done for motivating yourself to make a start and well done for identifying a problem and wanting to fix it.

    🤯Most of the time you are trying to break bad habits.  If, you suffer from emotional/binge eating, don’t think for one minute you will nail it on day 1.  You might, but you might not, and thats OK.

    🤔The process to get in the swing of things can take weeks, months even.  But try and shake it off the next day, think about what caused the situation and manage it moving forwards. Remember there is no such thing as a perfect journey...

    🏆Perfection isn’t something you should strive for. Just do your best and, in time, your best gets better and easier...

    🎉So don’t wake up on a Sunday feeling like you have failed because you haven’t. The fact is you are trying and making the effort and that makes you a winner in our eyes.🎉
