  • So super excited to finally involve my entire family!
    Does anyone else struggle with changing up your nutrition and not know how in the world to incorporate foods for your kids?
    I get it, it’s been a struggle for me also, but finally in March, we have a brand new stand alone program that is coming out to help not only you but your family, diving deeper into our nutrition and the whys behind why we eat the way we do and ways to finally overcome it! But most importantly it will involve our children!
    YYYEEESSS!! As a momma of 3 busy, funny, wild and crazy girls it’s hard to feel like they are eating enough or eating the right foods and I always feel like I’m running out of ideas, especially for my picky eater! With this new program- it’s going to take out all the guesswork ❤️💃🏻🙌

I was listening a podcast this morning about how beneficial taking breaks are even microbreaks 🙌🏽 I believe we need breaks from everything, especially social media, to give our brains a rest! I just want to encourage you all to spend a little less time on your phones and a little more time being present, forming connections and having quality conversations with those around you! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    #whatsonmyplate : made some sweet potato chilli last week and it may not look good but damn was it ever tasty 🤤 It includes sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, chickpeas, kidney beans, peppers and tomato sauce. It was the first time I’ve put sweet potatoes in my chilli and I defs be doing it again 😍

  • Quality Vs Quantity
    Why small farmers have the best produce �& why Veggie Vibes food is not for everyone. ��If you have the pleasure, as we do, to buy the colorful food we find at our local farmers market, you might have noticed something peculiar about the produce you find there. ��
    .
    This is just my humble opinion. After more than 10 years of buying produce at local farmers markets and organic stores, I have come to the conclusion that there is definitely a difference on flavors, textures, aromas and vibrancy in many of the products you find there. Produce that comes from small local farmers carry a different frequency, different from the produce that you might buy at an organic store and oh man, let's not even mention or compare it to the produce that you can get from a conventional grocery store. : )��

    These produce from small local farmers, feels so much better to me. But of course, you might ask, how can you prove that mister? And what do you mean by frequency? ��
    .
    Well, maybe I can not prove it, or to be honest, it will be too tedious for me to even try to prove it, to gather the facts on numbers or physical evidence that will satisfy most people. Like the quality of the soil where this produce grew, or the amount of nutrients that each product has, the levels of acidity or hydration, or the microbial balance between the soil, air, water and sunlight, etc. The fact about that is that most of us are used to simply coming to a conclusion, that we'll be able to determinate the quality or nutritional value of something, just by looking at the label of the product in the supermarket. ��

    You will never find me doing that, it is not my flow :) Rather, I feel the vibe, and that is what I mean by frequency. ...continue below...
