    Ride.

    Martial arts.

    Goodness dang it I’ve had a fucking ROUGH day today....
    .
    Self doubt, comparison, depression, darkness, anxiety. The list didn’t seem to end! 🤦🏻‍♂️
    .
    I got myself out of it by doing something I didn’t fucking want to do. Because I honestly didn’t have the energy to do anything.
    .
    But, I went down to the garage, and did something constructive. I moved my body, I made myself busy. I sanded and then first coat painted some furniture I’m up~cycling... More on that in the coming weeks cause I got some cool shit lined up 😉
    .
    So yeah, that’s one of the things that breaks the negative thinking patterns and behaviours, for me.
    .
    Won’t work for everyone, but I think movement, along with doing something you’re usually passionate about (or at least enjoy) will definitely help!
    .
    So yeah, imma sit back and let this days sun set. Not as pretty as the one pictured in here in Canggu, but at least I have faith that I’m waking up tomorrow with a fresh perspective 🙌🏻
