Depuis le début de mon rééquilibrage alimentaire et mon retour en salle, j'ai perdu 5 kilos en 20 jours, Je dors mieux et moins, je me lève plus tôt, mon acné se fait enfin la malle, mon teint est plus lumineux.     200 grammes de betteraves
    1 champignon cru émincé

    makes 1 serving / bowl

    Ingredients for EACH bowl:
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cups shredded lettuce of choice
    1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed if using canned
    1/2 cup fresh pico de gallo
    1/2 avocado, thinly sliced, and fresh lime squeezed all over it
    1 Tbsp shredded cheese, optional
    1 green onion, sliced
    lime wedges, for serving
    1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, for serving
    For the marinade:
    1/2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to your taste

    Instructions:
    Place chicken together with the marinade ingredients in a small ziploc bag or glass bowl.
    Rub marinade over chicken then seal bag while pressing the excess air out, or place a lid or plastic wrap over the bowl.
    Transfer to the refrigerator and marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    Carefully brush grill with a bit of avocado oil, or olive oil; don't burn yourself!

    Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center (internal temperature has to reach 165 degrees). Allow chicken to rest for 8 minutes, then slice against the grain.

  • Just feel like I have to be real here today! I've posted a few selfies of my physique latley aswell as pics of what I eat like cereal or waffles with tootsie rolls & added cereal marshmallows! People comment or dm me asking me how I make gains or get leaner by the day eating carbs or sugar... 🤷‍♂️ I feel people are extremely ignorant now days with carbs! Carbs are not bad it's a macronutrient your body needs stop being stupid and wonder why your not gaining or becoming leaner... carbs are your body's main source of energy aswell as regulate hormones in your body which help boost your metabolism! Like this picture explains theres no magic pill, diet, food, steroid whatever that makes you lean or cut, builds muscles or causes gains... unless you put in the effort & hard work! Everything works in combination diet is key and about 90% of why you will or wont reach your fitness goals its extremely simple! Stop putting yourself through these dumb ass diets that cut carbs these diets work for short terms, why... like keto your cutting a whole macronutrient group from your diet 🤦‍♂️ which does what... cuts FUCKING CALORIES! Which causes weight loss so does calories in general if its protein or fat! Stop eating like an asshole and wondering why your not losing weight it's simple. Eat what you like or want with a calorie deficit & you'll lose weight! Doesnt matter if its cereal, donuts, ice cream, popcorn, poptarts, cake, whatever at days end its calories that cause weight loss or gain!
