    아침 공복 2시간 후 사과 하나 먹으면 이렇게 폭식하지 않았는데 바나나는 많이 먹게되네.
    아침에 사과를 먹어야겠다.
    이렇게만 먹으려고 했으나 눈 앞에 있는 두부조림에 손이 갔고
    에어프라이어에 갔다온 고구마가 유혹을 했다.

    While I enjoy my diet, occasionally I really want some Krispy Kremes 🍩 or 🍦, but I don’t want to do cheat days or blow outs, which unfortunately I’ve had a few of over the past couple of weeks. These have resulted in me gaining about 1kg which I have not subsequently lost. Safe to say this is all fat…

    So, here’s the plan 👊 On a designated ‘flex day’, I will have 4 serves of my delicious vegan chilli con carne (instead of the usual 2), 4 tins of Woolies sardines in springwater (as these are very low in sodium) and about 400g of carrots. Combined, these deliver about 2000 calories and can easily be split over 4 evenly sized meals. The chilli provides a very nutrient dense meal, as well as a lot of fibre. The carrots add further bulk and fibre to keep me full, and the sardines give me all the protein I need while keeping the calories down.

    This gives me approximately 1300 calories to play with (depending on how many calories I’m on for the week). Importantly though, it is also very low fat and very low sodium. This means that once you include the doughnuts / ice cream, or whatever I choose to have, it will actually be a fairly well balanced profile for the day, and hopefully won’t go too high on sodium either. Given as I’ll already have 160+g of protein from the base, this should be high enough for the day as I will get an additional 25-40g of protein from the junk food too 👍

    Also, because I’m OCD, I’ve decided to meal prep 15 serves of chilli in one go instead of 14 – I only want to cook once per week, and this will allow me to ‘save up’ an additional serve of chilli each week meaning that every second weekend I can have a flex day.

    I would say about 85% of my results depend on my diet. Every body type is different mine is a mesomorph.. I maintain muscle easily but it’s hard for me to lose body fat. If my diet isn’t in check I look small and skinny. My curves don’t show as much because of the higher body fat. .
    Losing body fat & building muscle requires a consistent combination of weight-training and diet.

    It’s Day 5 (I think) of Intermittent Fasting.. Initially I scheduled my eating window from 12-8..but the last couple of days I did it from 2-6pm... the shorter the better but I also think you should ease into it. IF is a great fat loss tool and helps you maintain and even build muscle because of the release of human growth hormone. My appetite is weak and my strength has going up. I also feel more mental clarity.

    Most people never reach their fitness goals due to lack of proper planning. You cannot get results winging it unless you are genetically blessed or somehow do the right things by accident. It’s all about your lifestyle and what you eat. All the good decisions add up to great results. Plan your meals and be prepared. if you know you’re going to be around a lot of junk food drink more water and fill up with a high volume of healthy food and smaller doses of nutrient dense food to keep you satiated.
