  • Good morning 🙋it's Friday!! One of our favourite days of the week. And I want to share with you one of my favourite meals. It is so easy and quick and it is a great pre workout meal. Cut potatoes into small chunks. I put them into Epicure silicon baker and in the microwave for 4 minutes. Then I added chopped red peppers, corn, spinach and Epicure Vegetables seasoning. In the microwave for another 2 minutes. For protein I added 2 eggs which I mixed previously. At this point it depends how much time you have. If you don't have a lot of time mix your eggs with veggies and put in the microwave for another couple of minutes. If you have extra time you can put it all in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes till eggs are done. If you need more fat in your meal you can add cheese. Have a great Friday, don't forget to eat healthy and be active 😊. 🇵🇱Dzien dobry 🙋Juz piatek mamy😀Dzisiaj chce wam pokazac jedno z moich ulubionych dan. Taka zapiekanka warzywna z jajkami. Uzywam tutaj takie naczynko silikonowe ktore mozna uzywam w mikrofali do gotowania ale jak nie masz to tez mozna bez tego zrobic. Pokroilam ziemniaki i papryke drobno. Na patelnie podsmazylam do momentu kiedy ziemniaki juz prawie miekkie. Do tego dodalam kukurydze i szpinak, dodalam przyprawy i podsmazylam dalej do momentu kiedy szpinak juz jest gotowy. Dwa jajka roztrzepalam i wymieszalam z warzywami. Do piekarnika na 10 minut.     You'll Need
    Boiled Eggs - 3 nos
    Yellow Moong Dal - 25 gm
    Green Chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
    Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Rice Flour - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Coconut Oil - 5 ml

    Let's Make it!
    1.Cut each boiled egg into slices
    2. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs
    3. Soak moong dal for 2 hours in warm water
    4. Add soaked moong dal, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, rice flour, salt and coriander powder in a blender.
    5. Add water and blend it coarsely.
    6. Heat coconut oil in a nonstick pan. Coat the egg well with the batter and shallow fry it until golden brown on both the sides.
    7.Serve hot

    P - 25.5 g
    C - 22 g
    F - 19.5 g

  • Happy Friday! Rain, rain, go away! I’m not sure about you all, but we are drenched here in Central Virginia. And after yesterday’s reprieve, it’s raining AGAIN. This year alone, we are on our way to seven inches of rain. Last year we endured 63.5 inches of rain - more than Seattle. All farmers across Virginia are praying for sunny skies and fewer rain drops!

    The hens are NOT disappointing! Look at this week’s colors! Every time I go to the egg boxes I get giddy...like a child in a candy store. Mike says the number one reason he doesn’t collect the eggs is bc it seems to make me happy. 😉Smart guy! I keep hoping one of my Marans will produce the deep chocolate color eggs... to no avail. So I’m resorting to PLAN B. I’m certain our new arrival of chicks (this week) will help me fill our #eggrainbow !

  • Uwaga, wjeżdża późne śniadanie. Padło dzisiaj na omlet 💃 Tylko ten jeden nadawał się do zdjęcia, bo reszta świetnie wpasowałaby się w typowe "oczekiwania vs rzeczywistość". 😂

    SKŁADNIKI:

    Raz na jakiś czas można poszaleć z tłuszczem. 😂
