  • So here’s a lil uodate on the whooole physique (for once) 😂😂 I know I rarely feature my chicken legs in these posts, but I’m changing things up a lil bit 😄✌🏾 So currently sitting on around 87kg. My current split allows me to train legs twice a weeks where I focus one day on the quads and the other on hamstrings. Definitely seen improvements over the last few months, but my legs still are still the weakest link.

    My policy in those cases is.. just ask somebody who got them THUNDER THIGHS 😂😂
    No seriously, in most cases it’s best to ask people who have massive legs and enquire on how they train and what they’ve done to achieve those results.

    My whole training system is based off on asking people how they train certain body parts or researching and trying stuff out on my own.
    Key thing to take away from this is that you always got to be open and keen to listen or read up on things.
    Broadening your knowledge increases your chances to stumble upon something that works for you 😄🤙🏾

  • Do you train w/ your significant other?! 🤔⁣

    Being together over 3 years, @dalalovesdumbbells and I have gone to the gym together more times than we could count. But “training together?” These videos document the FIRST TIME we actually TRAINED together. We used to be the couple who walked to the gym together, then spent the next 1.5-2 hours flirting with each other across the gym while doing completely different workouts (ok maybe I flirted more than Dala 😏🤣😘).⁣

    So what changed? We started to talk about our lifting and physique goals together more. We started to brainstorm how we could help each other reach those goals, not only in the gym, but in the kitchen and life in general (sleep, stress, hydration, etc.). We got surgical with it fam and one of the more fun manifestations of this brainstorming was training together. We both LOVE when we watch each other train, getting more motivated to go harder in the gym because our favorite person is there cheering us on 🎉. I was also inspired by the idea of spotting Dala and helping her lift more, encouraging her to hit PRs every day (as seen in the second video ➡️).⁣

    How can you support your favorite people in the gym? Or how about in life in general? LMK in the comments!! ⁣

    Nie wiem jak inaczej je nazwać, czy czekoladowe, czy kokosowe, borówkowe, orzechowe... Ono jest miksem tego wszystkiego. 😄
    Przesuńcie zdjęcie w bok. 🤩
    Składniki na spód: 🌷30g wiórków kokosowych 🌷25g mąki kokosowej 🌷30g odżywki białkowej (można zastąpić mąką kokosową) 🌷łyżeczka kakao 🌷50g masła rozpuszczonego 🌷35g masła orzechowego 🌷25g mąki owsianej
    Wszystko dokładnie zagnieść, dolać troszkę wody, około 5 łyżek, jeżeli masa jest nadal sypka. Wyłożyć na spód tortownicy.
    Składniki na masę: 🌷twaróg 150g 🌷 1 skyr 🌷 70g jogurtu gęstego 🌷30g mąki kokosowej 🌷coś do osłodzenia 🌷 25g czekolady gorzkiej 🌷15g odżywki białkowej (można zastąpić mąką koko) 🌷30ml mleka 🌷borówki na wierzch
    Twaróg, jogurt naturalny, mąkę kokosową i słodzik zmiksować i wyłożyć na ochłodzony spód. Czekoladę rozpuścić i wymieszać razem z odżywką i mlekiem. Równo rozprowadzić po masie twarogowej. Posypać borówkami.
    Włożyć na około 20 min do lodówki lub jak ja- wystawić za okno (szybsza metoda❄️🤣).
    Dzieląc na 8 porcji w jednej jest 200 kcal

    ➡️ Erdbeer-Buttermilch Törtchen mit Beeren Schoko Topping 😍

    Rezept:
    ▫️80g Dinkelmehl
    ▫️135ml Buttermilch
    ▫️75g Apfelmark
    ▫️30g Honest Whey in Erdbeere
    ▫️1 Scoop Shortbread Flastys
    ▫️Etwas Backpulver ➡️Ofen auf 180 Grad aufheizen
    ➡️Alle Zutaten vermischen und in kleine Formen geben (ihr könnt natürlich auch eine normale Backform nehmen)
    ➡️Backzeit ist ca 25 min

    Für die Schokoße
    ▫️10g Backkakao
    ▫️Kleiner Schluck Wasser
    ▫️Kleinen Tropfen Süßstoff
