  • Currently sitting at 5’6, 128 lbs. Gaining weight has never been a problem for me until now. The stress of being constantly busy and chasing around a toddler leads to me eating on the go (if I even remember to) and really neglecting the nutrients my body needs. I love my body how it is, but I would also really like to gain more #muscle mass 💪🏽 As someone who has struggled with eating in the past, it’s hard for me to eat in a caloric surplus BUT ya girl is literally starving all the time lmao and I know it’s what I need in order to grow these baby muscles. With eating more calories + protein, not doing cardio (I lose muscle when I do this), and lifting heavier weights, I will hopefully start seeing some changes 🤩

  • I just emailed about information on the next round of Thi Bod photoshoots for later this year. When you know you are going to be captured on camera, it makes you prep a little bit harder! For this shoot two years ago, I had just lost 20+ lbs. The goals are a bit different this time. I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss and now it’s time to #levelup . 📸Have you done a fitness shoot to document your fitness journey?

  • Well it's official! I'm going back to work for a great company in the IT field. It's funny how some events you end up coming back full circle, but yet starting over as a completely different person. Kind of like those fitness journeys 😜 If you've fallen far from your goals, give yourself that second chance (or third, or fourth, or fifth) to start at it again. The moment you choose to change yourself for the better is the key to your success. #committoyourfit

    Je n’ai pas le temps.
    L’entraînement à la maison n’est pas pour moi.
    Ce n’est pas possible de bâtir des muscles en mangeant que des plantes.
    Je n’ai pas d’argent.
    Et j’en passe! Voilà ce que j’entends quotidiennement! 🔄🔄🔄🔄🔄🔄🔄🔄
    En fait, c’est le discours aussi qui se passait dans ma tête avant... alors je te comprends!
    Mais woahhhhh depuis 6 semaines, je m’entraîne dans le confort de ma maison pendant 20 minutes et tu sais quels sont mes résultats?!
    1️⃣Je peux faire plus de reps et me pousser plus lors des sessions de 1 minute.
    2️⃣Mon discours intérieur qui était inconscient est monté à la surface et j’ai finalement surmonter mon plus grand obstacle à date: ma crainte de réussir!
    3️⃣ABS 💪🍑(pas besoin de dire plus haha)
    4️⃣Je souris plus et je me sens bien avec moi-même. Je ne recherche plus à trouver une main pour me secourir ou à trouver la permission de m’épanouir.
    5️⃣Je suis prête à upgrade dans toutes les sphères de ma vie.
    Imagine si je m’étais laissée décourager par mes discours négatifs... où en serais-je aujourd’hui?!
    Sûrement au même point que le jour où je me suis engagée à entreprendre ce programme.
    Alors laisse-moi te poser seulement une question: est-ce que les raisons pourquoi tu ne peux pas essayer sont reliées à des circonstances hors de ton contrôle ou as-tu si peur de voir quel est ton vrai potentiel?! Et si tu pouvais y arriver toi aussi?! Ça te fait peur?! GOOD! L’accepter c’est la première étape. La deuxième, c’est de plonger tête première et de dire F* it, j’y vais!
    Alors vas-tu le faire?! Vas-tu une fois pour toutes taire tes pensées limitatives et sauter dans cette belle aventure avec moi?!
    Écris-moi! Il me fera plaisir de te partager plus de détails pour que tu commences avec nous lundi et que tu réussises à faire face à tes craintes!
