  • Not Getting Sick
    There are some great over the counter products that might boost your immune system. If you get sick the time you are under the weather may be reduced or you just may not get sick to being with. The best part is there really is no down side. If it does not work, it does not work, you are out a couple of bucks.

    Ginger
    Helps with nausea and is anti-inflammatory.
    Honey
    Tastes great. J Also anti-bacterial and anti-fungal and a bunch of other stuff.
    Honey and ginger can be added to teas and are a great way to add flavor without sugar and calories.
    Elderberry
    Boosts the immune system…. Helps fight cold and flu. Add to water, or any drink. Kids like it. Great with your favorite sparkling water.
    Green Tea
    Anti-oxidant rich and also a great warm drink that you can add ginger and honey too. Killing multiple birds with one stone.
    Tart Cherry Extract
    Boosts immune system and anti-inflammatory. Add to water, or any drink. Kids like it. Great with your favorite sparkling water.
    Ginger Tea
    Wash and slice ginger root. Boil 2-4 cups of water in a pot. Place ginger root in. Let boil for 4 minutes. Add 2-6 green tea bags. Remove from heat and steep for 5-8 minutes. Remove tea bags and sliced ginger. Combine with equal parts of warm or cold water. If you want hot tea warm water. Iced tea, cold water and or ice. Honey can also be added to either to provide extra benefit and improved taste.
