    As its hump day heres a mini set of some glute activation exercises 🍑 I've started to do glute activation exercises before every leg day now and I am loving it🔥
    Some helpful tips to think about 🙋🏼‍♀️
    🍑 Glute bridges-
    Ensure that the lower back doesn’t arch as you extend the hip, you should focus on squeezing the glutes and slightly posteriorly tilting the pelvis.
    Ideally you should prioritize a straight line from your knees through your shoulders at the peak of contraction.
    🍑 Kick backs-
    Bracing your core, begin to lift your right leg, knee staying bent, foot staying flat, and hinging at the hip.
    Use your glute to press your foot directly toward the ceiling and squeeze at the top. Ensure your pelvis and working hip stay pointed toward the ground.
    🍑 Side clams-
    Shift the top knee forward slightly before raising it upward. This will help to enhance activation of the glute medius on the top leg.
    Watch that the lower back isn’t arched before completing reps, this will affect your ability to fully activate the glutes.

    Let's talk pregnancy and weight gain/loss:

    During my chat with Wambui on how she lost her baby weight during and after giving birth to 3 children who are all under five, she said one of the 'pieces of advice' she was given is she MUST LOSE the weight she gained from her first baby or else, if she has another, she will never be able to lose the baby weight!!😶😶😶🙄 Now I'm asking, what has been the experience of mothers after child birth, has this myth proven true for you? What other weightloss/ gain myths have you heard?! I'll tell you one I've heard, breast feeding makes you lose weight😌😌 Is this true or false?!! ________________________________
