If you do not take Extreme Endurance, you are missing out.
Missing out in what?
Decreased lactic acid, increased aerobic threshold, ability to recover faster. If you are able to workout longer (whatever your workout choice may be) because you are not as sore from taking Extreme Endurance, why would not want to take it.
It is clinically proven (really do not need to say more but I will), Informed Choice and Informed Sport Certified, and starts to work in 72 hours. If you do CrossFit and are participating in the Open, you should be taking Extreme Endurance.
