    Mega gains breakfast. Great for bulking up or to start off a busy and active day. Nutrition facts:
    .
    Calories - 830
    Protein - 30gm
    Carbs - 109gm
    Fat - 36gm
    Fibre - 19gm
    Sodium - 96mg .
    .
    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup Rolled oats
    1/2 tbsp Cacao
    1 Banana
    2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (I used @mayversfood Peanut & Coconut Spread)
    1 tbsp LSA mix
    1 Egg
    Milk
    .
    Topping:
    Berries & honey
    .
    .
    Method:
    1. Grind up oats until no big bits;
    2. Mix all ingredients together (use half the banana, other half for topping);
    3. Add dashes of milk until desired batter consistency (you don't want it too runny or thick);
    4. Cook in pan like a normal pancake (if you need oil, go for a little bit of coconut oil); and
    5. Plate up, add honey, berries, and second half of banana. .
    Enjoy!
