  • @lizterryphotography took this amazing photo of me and my latest self #portrait a few weeks ago. It was taken on black and white film. I wonder if this would count as a head shot? 🤓

  • In summer it is very important to stay hydrated, so we usually drink more liquids and eat more fresh foods such as fruits or vegetables. But, it is also common to forget to hydrate ourselves from the outside.
    .
    .
Our skin is a very vulnerable organ that is exposed to external agents constantly. And in summer even more, with the heat the skin dehydrates, dries and also suffers the consequences of increased sweating.
    .
    .
Dehydrated skin ages faster, cracks and is more difficult to return to its natural state. Therefore, we must take into account the hydration of the skin, in our routine of daily care.

  • Michelangelo presentation of pouch. 😆 I’ve always loved hands. One of my projects in my beginning photography class back in art school was to document people’s hands. There is so much that can be communicated in a gesture. And there is so much that you can learn by looking at a person’s hands. My husband has one finger that is smaller than the others because he injured a tendon when he was five and it didn’t grow like the others after that. He likes to talk with his hands and the finger curves out from the others in a poetic way because of the injury. One friend’s hands are different because she had surgery on one side for cancer, which translated all the way down into her hand. It’s usually very easy to tell when a person works with their hands. Wood working or stone working hands can be big and thick and rough... and short nails on a woman is often a tell. I have a hard time not fidgeting with my hands. One reason I think I am a maker. They also show my shyness and nerves. What do your hands say about you? .
