    Take 2pounds of toasted coconut chips with salt... topped with melted medicated coconut oil, cocoa, honey, coconut sugar... and combine that with clusters of date, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, and cinnamon.
    Very possible. Very tasty. CrunchyAF.

  • 踱沌HYSIQUE UPDATE+ FULL DAY OF EATING Im not as lean as I was in the summer as Im doing less cardio and eating more food but, Im still relatively lean which Im hoping to maintain throughout the winter! I dont really want to bulk or anything like that, just rest at maintainence as I feel happy currently the way I am but I obviously theres room for improvement! 劾
    汰ne way Id be keeping that goal on check is having a balanced intake of food eating with the majority of that being wholesome, nutrient dense foods with the odd treat here +there if I feel like it!
