  • DHA or Docosahexaenoic acid is important for proper cell membrane function and vital to the development of the fetal brain and retina. It plays a central role in the development of the nervous system, growth, and visual function in infants. A diet rich in DHA improves learning ability, and as the brain ages, DHA helps fight against a cognitive decline.

  • By the way, I didn't realise my dog was sitting behind me until I finished this exercise 😂 This is a cool exercise that I'm doing from @pvolve, using my favourite piece if equipment...resistance bands! Really weird movement but I really like it and it's super effective 👌8 reps each side. Move slow and controlled. Try and keep the knee back and use your glutes to get you through the movement! Hope you all have a great weekend. What are your plans? ☀️🌊 #pvolve #microtone #backyardworkout

  • Chicken and bacon bites, oh my. Check out this great @Skinnytaste recipe below for a 2 BITES on Flex treat!

    You'll Need:
1.25 lbs (3) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch chunks (about 30 pieces)
10 slices bacon, cut into thirds

    Directions:
    Preheat oven on to 375°F.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken; secure with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet (use foil for easy cleanup).
Bake on the lower rack turning halfway, about 12 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked and browned.
Blot on a paper towel and serve right away.
