Holidays don't have to be a carbon emission bonanza.

We're focusing on all the amazing stuff we got on our doorstep. We were invited to a christening in London and decided to take a couple of days overnight through airb&b . Kids are so excited to do something different, doesn't have to be on the other side of the globe.

Because our family consist of one English and one Norwegian, we can't avoid some air miles. Last year my mum was ill and there was a lot of flights.
.
If I can't avoid flying ✈️ I always make sure to:
.
-Do direct flights only
-Take the train to the airport
-Don't bring liquids in hand luggage
-Bring my own cup, bottle & food on the flight........To minimise the damage 🌍😱.

- En 1951 el Museo Fonck trae desde Isla de Pascua el Moai del ahu. En esta iniciativa convergen diversas personas, diversas instituciones e intereses variados - desde la Intendencia, la Armada Nacional, la Dirección de Bibliotecas, Archivos y Museos, y también la Presidencia de la República. Los ancianos de Rapa Nui, en primer lugar, aprobaron la moción y muchos isleños colaboraron en trasladar el Moai desde el Ahu One Makihi, donde estaba tumbado, hasta el embarcadero de Hanga Roa. El buque transporte de la Armada Nacional, Presidente Pinto, lo trae hasta Valparaíso, quedando en un comienzo instalado en la Avenida Marina de Viña del Mar, hasta que en 1988 se le reubica en su actual emplazamiento
