    I really like the principal of KAIZEN, continual gradual improvements over time.
    -
    We use this approach with PREHAB for our athletes.
    -
    We use this name for the isolations exercises before our general warmup that athletes do before a session (gym, field, training etc)
    -
    Imagine doing a basic routine of min 4x ACTIVATION exercise for lower/upperbody and some basic plyos & jumps every session.
    -
    The volume isn’t going to set the world on fire but getting this done 4x a week for a WHOLE YEAR will result in a big performance INCREASE.

    A: Prone Band Hip Adduction x20
    B: Alternating SL Hip Thrust x20
    C: Standing Hip Flexor Band Raise x10
    D: Side Pillar Hold x20s

    A: Pogo Broad Broad Jumps x20m
    B: Pogo Jumps + Sick 2x5+1
    -
    We change the exercises every 2-4 weeks to keep it fresh and provide a new stimulus.

    How could you implement a daily PREHAB routine into your regime to improve your performance?
    -
    During an actual session at @helixgym our athletes would get their PREHAB done and then join in the general mainly dynamic warmup to prepare them for their strength & power session.

    Orso es una heladería con locales en la Zona G, Zona T, Paraue de la 93 y Usaquen.
    Tiene un concepto de sabores no "tradicionales", cómo: Chocorramo, Créeme Brûlée, Miel y jengibre, entre otros.
    También cuentan con opciones veganas que son igual de deliciosas, cómo: Vegan cookie dough, limonada de coco, Mango biche con limón y sal, etc.

    El dia de hoy decidí pedir un vaso de dos sabores. Uno de ellos era de Cookie Dough (vegano) y la otra de chocolate light con nibs de cacao (tradicional). En lo personal me gustaron bastante, estaban cremosos y ambos tenian chunks y textura que hacían mucho mejor la experiencia. ¡Es una excelente opción para un postre o un snack!
