Situé dans la région du Latium, à la limite avec la Toscane et la Ombrie, Podere Orto est un petit domaine artisanal, tenu par un jeune couple qui a souhaité préserver et valoriser d'anciens cépages locaux.
Le travail est naturel à la vigne comme à la cave 🍇
👉 La cuvée ROSSO 2016 est faite à partir d'un assemblage de Grechetto Rosso et Sangiovese.
👉 La cuvée AMAI, un assemblage de raisins blancs et rouges, notamment Procanico et Sangiovese.

DOC 2013', I come from Molise, a little Region in the South of Italy😍
Recently saved from the oblivion, althought Tintilia is an ancient native grape variety of Molise, it was seriously endangered. Fortunatelly, today Tintilia returns to shine in its purple shades.
•Hand-harvested, grape's skin maceration under thermic control 12-28°C into stainless steel small tanks, frequent pumping over.
•24 months into stainless steel tanks.
•Ruby-red with purple shades.
•Warm, persistent, velvety tannins with hazelnut and black pepper.
•Aged cheese, truffle, red meats.
