    A very relevant post to my latest series on pelvic tilts.
    Yes, we’ve heard it countless times: “keep your spine neutral, else you’re going to have a bad time!”
    -
    And while there’s truth to that... it’s not actually ALWAYS true. -
    Let’s start by saying that “neutral spine” doesn’t mean a fixed position.. rather, it means a range where the spine can move (flex/extend) without troubles. -
    Quite infact, if you’ve ever squatted ATG (ass to grass) you’ve noticed your pelvis rolling backwards at the bottom and no matter how hard you try not to, if you really want to get deeper, you’ll have to go through that.
    But, is that a bad thing? -
    Not at all: It’s a physiological mechanism that occurs to make up for the lack of space at the hips, when performing a deep squat. -
    Everybody who squats ATG experiences some type of buttwink, to a degree, and there’s nothing wrong with it. -
    The problem comes when the lumbar flexion exceeds the “neutral range” and it becomes evident. That’s where problems start to happen. -
    Bottom line: IF you’re keeping your chest up, back tight & neutral, while breathing through your diaphragm to keep your torso up, and squatting the weight through your legs... the butt wink won’t be a problem. -
    On the other hand, if you’re actually squatting the weight up wih your back, well, you need to re-evaluate your technique! -

  • Triceps! A lot of people focus 75% of their arm training on the biceps as these are what stand out when we flex. However, the tricep is actually the bigger muscle of the arms and so to develop truly big arms we should also focus on them as much as the biceps, if not more.
    Tricep cable pull downs are a good exercise to incorporate into your training. They can be done with either a flat bar like what I'm using in this video or with a rope. I like to vary it as it works the tri's from a slightly different angle. The main thing here is not to let the bar go up too far and also keep those elbows as tucked in as possible - if you don't do this you're taking some of the strain away from the triceps and if you can't do this, the chances are the weight you're set on is too heavy. Don't be afraid to go lighter.
    P.S after pushing the bar down, limit to an incredibly slow speed on the way up to put more strain on the triceps and for a longer time 💪

  • Это наверое для тех кто говорит мне в последнее время: - ой! Да у тебя времени вагон!, ой! Да у тебя мама дома, ой! Да у тебя сын уже взрослый, ой! Да у абонент есть, ой! Да у тебя сестра худая- это генетика!!! На посмотри!!!!!👀😱😨🤪,😂 генетика))))). А то что я с собакой гуляю часа по 2 это не считается, то что я работаю сутки 👉🏽 а потом сплю пол дня так как сил нет это тоже не в счёт! Уроки, уборка и сборы в школу и на работу и готовка еды это тоже так себе)))). Это просто часть жизни и хотения стать лучше для себе в первую очередь!!! Если Вам удобно в вашем тебе, это очень круто! Я когда весила 80 кг сама не поняла как это произошло. Буквально за месяца 3-4 я их набрала будучи в весе 52 кг. И всему виной это были : чипсы, газировка, алкоголь, обжорства по ночам!!!!, жареное, сладости! И всякое прочие 👉🏽💩. Всему есть замена в питании! Всему!!!! Конечно же ещё очень много влияет твоё окружение! Я благодарна изначально моему самому первому тренеру!!!!! Знаю что он поймет что речь о нём и прочтёт это) а так же моим девчулям которые разделяют со мною так же свои интересы)))).💋
    Ах и да! Я уже дважды толстела и дважды худела в процессе 3 раз 🏆 надеюсь, что он будет заключающим )))).
