    🎈The dish is named after Beyti Güler, the owner of the popular restaurant Beyti in Istanbul. He was inspired to create his own dish in 1961 after witnessing Swiss butcher Möller's method of preparing meat, when he was visiting #Switzerland . His version consists of lamb fillets wrapped in strips of cutlet fat, and grilled. The dish of ground meat commonly sold as street food under this name, bears little resemblance to his original. 🎈I went to the High School nearby Beyti restaurant. One of Istanbul’s old and still
    popular restaurants.
    Ingredients: ⚡️
    500 gr mince meat lamb or beef
    1 medium onion
    10 stalk of parsley with leaves
    2 cloves garlic
    1 egg
    3 table spoon breadcrumbs
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of dried oregano
    Pinch of black paper
    Pinch of cumin
    1 table spoon Worchester sauce
    1 table spoon olive oil
    For sauce:
    Chopped Tin tomato
    Garlic
    Olive oil
    Yoghurt
    Large tortilla wraps
    ⚡️Method:
    1-Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
    2- Mix Onion, parsley, olive oil, garlic in food pressesor.
    3-Put them in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, worchester sauce, egg and all spices. Mix it.
    4- Shape them as seen on the picture. If this is for 2 people You’ll have more koftes than you need. You can freeze them to fry next time.
    5- Cook 2 long koftes in the oven for 15 min.
    6- Cook for 10 min 400 gr tin tomato with olive oil or veg oil in a pan.
    7- Wrap kofte and slice them. Tomato sauce and yoghurt on top.

  • “Υγιεινές τροφές”που πρέπει να αποφεύγουμε;🤔
    Ποιες είναι και πως μπορούμε να μην πέσουμε στην παγίδα του μάρκετινγκ;🧐

    👉Δημητριακά πρωινού. Μια τροφή συνδεδεμένη με την καλή υγεία που όμως θελει πολύ προσοχη μιας και τα περισσότερα περιέχουν πολύ μεγάλες ποσότητες ζάχαρης και λαδια αμφιβόλου ποιότητας. Ο τρόπος για να ξεχωρίσουμε ένα καλό προϊόν είναι πολύ απλός.
    Διαβάζουμε την ετικέτα!! Αν δουμε φυτικά έλαια, σιρόπι καλαμποκιού κι ονομασίες που δεν καταλαβαίνουμε τότε καλύτερα να το ξαναβάλουμε στο ράφι! Όσον αφορά στη ζάχαρη πηγαίνουμε στην στήλη των 100 γραμ. και στόχος μας είναι το προϊόν να έχει λιγότερο από 15 γραμ.!
    👉Προϊόντα light. Ίσως η μεγαλύτερη παγίδα μιας και τα προϊόντα αυτά όσο και να ακούγονται υγιεινά πολλές φορές δεν είναι καθόλου! Και αυτό γιατί ένα προϊόν που δεν έχει ζάχαρη μπορεί να έχει γλυκαντικές ουσίες ή περισσότερο λίπος προκειμένου η γεύση να είναι ευχάριστη. Κι εδώ διαβάζουμε την ετικέτα!!

    👉Επιδόρπια γιαουρτιού. Μπορεί να εχουν πολύ ζάχαρη ή γλυκαντικές ουσίες οι οποίες φαίνεται να αυξάνουν το ρίσκο για διαβήτη τύπου 2!
    👉Παξιμάδια από λευκό αλεύρι. Και μόνο η λέξη παξιμάδι μας παραπέμπει σε κάτι πιο υγιεινό από το ψωμί κάτι που είναι εντελώς λάθος. Όταν τα παξιμάδια είναι φτιαγμένα από λευκό αλεύρι η διατροφική τους αξία δεν είναι σπουδαία ενώ οι θερμίδες είναι αρκετές. Ο ιδανικός δηλαδή συνδυασμός για να βάλουμε βάρος! 😣 Διαβάζουμε λοιπόν την ετικέτα κι αν η περιεκτικότητα σε λευκό αλεύρι (συνήθως αναγράφεται αλεύρι σίτου) είναι μεγάλη επιστρέφουμε το προϊόν στο ράφι και ψάχνουμε για παξιμάδι ολικής!!
    👉Χυμοί φρούτων. Ο χυμός της φωτογραφίας είναι φτιαγμένος από τέσσερα φρούτα και ένα λαχανικό, δεν περιέχει πρόσθετη ζάχαρη, ούτε χρωστικές, ούτε συντηρητικά. Σούπερ ε;; Τα πέντε ομως κγ ζάχαρη που περιέχει σε συνδυασμό με την έλλειψη φυτικών ινών είναι κάτι που στο σώμα μας δεν αρέσει καθόλου!☹️

    Direte : il solito post per promuovere l'attività fisica.

    MA ANCHE ✔️
    È evidente come i soggetti alla nostra sinistra siano in forma e invecchiano bene a differenza dei loro coetanei (a destra): stessa età ma differente stile di vita.
    Lo sport (che non vuol dire necessariamente PALESTRA) , insieme all'alimentazione ovviamente, oltre ad essere fondamentale per la prevenzione di numerose malattie croniche (diabete, dislipidemie, sindrome metabolica, osteoporosi, malattie cardiovascolari, ictus, ecc..) è importante per la mente: vi sono diversi studi scientifici i quali dimostrano come la mente degli anziani che hanno svolto e continuano a svolgere attività fisica, sia più attiva dei loro coetanei che hanno preferito svolgere una vita più sedentaria (tv, divano, cibo spazzatura, alimentazione sregolata).
    Vogliamo parlare delle fratture? Della postura? Dei 'malanni' o meglio detti 'acciacchi'? Vogliamo parlare della 'depressione senile'?
    UN elisir di lunga vita a 360°. Se abbinato a un'ottima alimentazione, il trio sport-cibo-salute diventa più efficiente! 😉
    Questo solo per dire una cosa. Sento dire a molti 'non ho tempo per lo sport, non ho tempo per una camminata o una corsetta', 'mangio tanto la vita è una'. Sappiate che investire un'oretta al giorno per voi stessi è SOLO salutare, per la vostra mente e per il vostro corpo.
    Del resto si trova sempre il tempo per una sigaretta, per un aperitivo o per una serie tv lunga 26 puntate.
    Per la questione 'cibo' invece, non è che la vita 'è una sola' perché le MALATTIE LEGATE ALL'ALIMENTAZIONE E ALLA SEDENTARIETÀ SONO TANTE.
    Non è nemmeno 'la pancia' o la sua 'non eccessiva presenza' a dire se siete in forma o meno.
    Il tempo passa e di certo non aspetta che vi passi 'la noia' o che il divano vi catapulti per strada: basta pensarci mentre si è in tempo. 😉
