- I used to be the Queen of drinking soda, especially Fanta. It was so bad that the woman that used to sell in my area in my area during my undergraduate days started driving me away of I mention "Fanta". When I was posted to Sokoto, it was worse especially in camp. My water can became Fanta can 😭😭😭.
On the other hand, I used to find it hard to drink room temperature water, that's if I want to drink water oh, because I hated it. I'll just sip small, even if it's yam I'm eating😔😔. I'll go and pee and my urine will be very very dark because no water in my system.
Anyway, this year, I decided to grow up and start drinking water more 😁😁. What to do?? I started infusing most of the water I'll drink and sometimes, I still force myself to "bear" the taste but I'm doing great. This bottle is 800ml and I fill it up like thrice on the go, that's aside the 500ml I drink at night, so clap for me jare 😅😅😅
Anyway, the long and short of my story is that if you want to have a good skincare regimen it has to be within your body and not just without, else, your effort might be akin to pouring water on a rock.
