    Barra de proteína vegana - 1 colher de sopa de pasta de amendoim integral
    - 1 colher de sopa de tahine
    - 1 colher de sobremesa de melado
    - 2 doses de Mother sabor chocolate
    - 1 xícara de aveia em floco grossos
    - 5 tâmaras picadas
    - 1/3 de xícara de uva passa sem caroço
    - 1⁄2 xícara de gergelim
    - 1 colher de chá de canela
    - 1 colher de sobremesa de cacau em pó

    Misture bem todos os ingredientes.
    Modele no formato desejado e coloque em uma forma forrada com papel filme.
    Leve ao freezer por 3h.
