  • Top set 435 for 3x2 feeling like an RPE 8.5. Dropped the weights and did 365 for 3x8 ☠️☠️. Cut is going well and strength is being maintained 😁. Might have eyes on a competition but will know whether or not I’m entering the closer I get to that date.

  • Thought I would mix it up a bit tonight. My butt hurts now.
    Started with barbell squats: 2x6 @ 52.5kg, 2x5 @ 57.5kg, 2x4 @ 60kg. Then some barbell rows and these kettlebell front racked paused squats (bit of a mouthful!). Cream. Crackered.
