- Squat progress.
Finally got a good max PR squat.
Last week my max PR of 365 failed because I used a belt and didn't practice Breathing and bracing.
Today I got a good rep done. Thanks to brother Jason Bell @genuineathletics for Motivation and brother @harvindernijjar for the spot.
Jason is also a strength Coach and strong Powerlifter, and Harvinder is also a competitive Powerlifter.

My max was 335 lbs last year and didn't lift heavy for a year. I was working on technique and weak points of the lift, bottom, and inner thighs and glutes and hips. Max I lifted was mostly 225 for 5 reps, maybe a random 275 lbs.
Since I train 4-7 sessions a week, strength gains will are slow because my primary focus is muscle building. For strength, you need to train no more than 4 sessions a week.
