  • How about something cold and refreshing? Here is my easy banana caramel and nuts shake. This is a perfect shake when you have guests at home. Entice them with a fancy-looking homemade shake that is creamy and frothy with a nutty texture.

    Note: For a sugar-free option, just omit the caramel.

    What you will need:

    500ml ice cold milk (frozen)

    500ml cold milk

    50g peanuts

    4 large bananas

    1/2 cup caramel syrup

    250ml whipped cream

    What to do

    In a blender, add in bananas then nuts, frozen milk and cold milk. Give it a good blend until smooth and frothy. The ice from the milk will make the shake frothy and creamy at the same time. Set aside.

    Put the caramel in a piping bag and drizzle it on the inside of the glasses to get a marble effect. Pour the shake in the glasses.

    Put the whipped cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Pipe the whipped cream on the milk shake, starting with the edges so that the cream gets support to stand on its own and does not sink in the shake.

    Salut Insta! En direct de Limoges où je suis pour mes spectacles et aujourd'hui je joue 3 fois donc cool mais fatiguant. Pour prendre un max d'énergie je mangerais bien ma tour de gaufres mais malheureusement elle ne date pas d'aujourd'hui.

  • #chocolatecookies a very healthy cookie that you can gift to your loved ones .
    Recipe:
    4 tablespoons of coconut Fluor
    2 tablespoons of almond Fluor
    2 tablespoons of mix nuts flour (almond, walnuts and seeds)
    2 large egg whites
    1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
    1tsp of each baking soda and baking powder
    2 tsps of vanilla powder
    1/2 cup of coconut oil
    Sugar substitutes, I used aspartame but other options are also available like stevia, alitame etc
    Method
    Mix all the dry ingredients together and add coconut oil and egg whites
    Knead it to form a dough
    Shape it in round or desired shape
    Keep it covered in freezer with cling film for 20 minutes
    Preheat the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
    Remove cling film and bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes
