- Get out of my dreams, get in to my car! 🚙💨

The very first request I got as a concierge was about renting a car. True story. When you work at a high end hotel in Beverly Hills, you have to know about cars. And all sorts of cars, luxury to exotics and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve seen and driven my fair share of luxury cars... as I like to say, for research!! .

So when I got a chance to give the new #lexusls 500h a spin on a road trip, I was so excited! First off, I’m allllll about hybrid cars. But this car... well, it took luxury to the next level. From heated seats to reclining rear seats... there are soooo many cool features! Wanna know my favorite?
🔹 Heated steering wheel
🔹 Air-conditioned seats (not a new concept, but I love these!)
🔹 Massaging driver and front passenger seats! Yessss, massaging! .
.
I kept telling everyone that the car “drives like butta!” Dude, it really did. .
.
We are putting together a little vid on our @lexususa experience... so stay tuned!

- Road Trip 2019 Days 25-27: Dallas ➡️ Carlsbad, NM ➡️ El Paso ➡️ Phoenix Part 1.
After a brief hiatus to celebrate the life of my aunt in Chicago, I resumed my road trip alongside my siester. We ate delicious hole in the wall BBQ outside Dallas, stopped in Abilene to see a tacky plastic buffalo skull, enjoyed some brew in Carlsbad, ventured through Batman’s winter home in Carlsbad Caverns National Park, almost ran out of gas on our way to El Paso (there were no gas stations along the highway for over 100 miles), witnessed the incomprehensible national emergency along the Mexico border, and stopped to see “The Thing” after seeing over 100 billboards advertising it along the I-10. After dropping Kates off at the Phoenix airport, I caught up with an old coworker from Chicago to discuss wellness and change as well as play with her adorable doggo Preston.
