    Das Wochenende naht sich so langsam dem Ende.. Ich hoffe ihr habt alle das bomben Wetter genossen ☀️😍

    Bei mir gab es heute auf jeden Fall eine brutale 3,5-stündige Oberkörper Einheit. Mein Training sah wie folgt aus:
    • Bankdrücken LH 4x6
    • KH Bankdrücken 4x8
    • Latzug breit 4x10
    • LH rudern 4x8
    • Rudern Kabelturm eng 3x10
    • KH Schulterdrücken 4x8
    • KH Seitheben 4x12
    • vorgb. KH Seitheben 4x10
    • LH Curls 4x10
    • KH Frenchpress 4x10
    • KH Hammercurls 4x10
    • Armstrecken hi. Kopf 4x10

    Everyone always says how important routines are for babies. But sometimes it’s just not that easy! When you are waiting to go out and Rory is enjoying his nap what do you do? Do you make yourself late so he can sleep or do you wake him up? Sometimes it’s just not possible to stick to a routine and that goes for everything. Last night Rory didn’t go to bed until 9:00pm which is nearly 2 hours later than usual. We may live to regret it but we were at our friends house. I’m not saying to scrap a routine because we still have one and Rory knows it, but occasionally don’t be scared to not stick to it because life isn’t all routine!
    .
    And who doesn’t love a good nap?!

  • DockATot, RockNPlay, SNOO...many use these to assist in infant sleep. Here are a few transition tips: 1️⃣ Start a good solid bedtime routine and place baby in their crib for a few minutes or as long as they can tolerate. Continue this routine nightly and increase their lay-time each night. 2️⃣ Once baby is more comfortable you can start incorporating the transitional routine during naps. 3️⃣ Some babies do well with the cold-turkey approach and adjust to their new sleep environment within a few consistent days/nights. (Please note that some of these mentioned sleepers are not intended to be an appropriate safe sleep environment)

  • Did I want to workout this morning? YES!

    It’s part of my routine, I feel better after and it’s what keeps me sane!

    So when none of my devices were working I was on the verge of a temper tantrum. Literally.

    That’s how important my morning workout routine is to me. Thankfully with a phone call I was back in business and got my workout in!

    I had the best excuse not to do it but I was determined to stick to my routine.
