    HOW TO MAKE THE GREEK PASTA SALAD:
    Prepare the pasta as directed. Do not over cook. Cut the vegetables how ever way you like, there is no right or wrong in that regards. I used purple pearl onions for the salad because it tastes less bold. My kids don’t like onions but they eat these pearl onions because they are a bit sweeter and not as bold as a regular purple onion. Apart from the veggies, I added some crumbled Feta Cheese!

    Then prepare the dressing, which is a regular Greek Salad dressing. It’s just basic and it tastes super good. I don’t like adding too many extra ingredients in just to make it taste different or come up with something new. The ingredients are listed in the recipe below. After preparing the dressing, pour over the veggies and toss to coat everything really well!

    The Greek Salad dressing goes very well with the pasta. You will love it. This salad so filling and tastes absolutely delish! If you decide to make this Greek Pasta Salad, I recommend you make enough for that day. I don’t like leaving cucumbers in salads for the next day because they get soggy and I am no fan of soggy cucumbers :D. If you want to take it to work the next day for example, you can prepare everything the night ahead and add the dressing when you are ready to eat it at work the next day. Same for meal prep, keep the dressing on the side until you are ready for it. This will make your salad ingredients last longer and stay fresh and crispy. hope you try and enjoy this recipe.   • All my menu is #homemade , made from scratch with love 🙂, fr Buy, wash than prep, that’s how I managed it, that’s how i love it, knowing that what I serve to customers will be good, no worried feelings.
    That’s why i take a day break so i can prepare it properly.

    why have a sprinkle of feta cheese in your salad when you can have 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese!

    1 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 Persian cucumber
    1 cup lettuce
    6 cherry tomatoes
    1 1/2 oz avocado

    Kachori is a spicy snack from India, also eaten in other parts of South Asia, and common in places with South Asian diaspora, such as Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and Suriname. Alternative names for the snack include kachauri, kachodi and katchuri.
    Place of origin : Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan
    Main ingredients : gram flour, moong dal
    Variations : lachhedar kachori, sweet upwas kachori, dahi-kheerey ki kachori.
    Kachoris were popular in old Delhi and Kota, Rajasthan, even before samosas gained popularity after the partition.Banarasidas, the author of biographical Ardhakathanaka, has mentioned buying Kachoris in Agra in 1613. For seven months, he bought a ser of Kachoris daily, and owed twenty rupees.
    Kachori is supposed to have originated in Uttar
    Pradesh or Rajasthan.[citation needed] In these states it is usually a round flattened ball made of fine flour filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of yellow moong dal or Urad Dal (crushed and washed horse beans), besan (crushed and washed gram flour), black pepper, red chili powder, salt and other spices.

    filled with a stuffing of yellow moong dal, black pepper, red chili powder, and ginger paste.
    In Delhi it is often served as chaat. Delhi also has another kind of kachori, called 'Khasta kachori' or 'Raj Kachori'.
