    clear yr mind, #focas on breaths in and out,
    ina quite zone, deep breathes in and out -
    thinking about nothing -- focas on breathing

    Personally i try to just focas on breathing, butt wen the mind starts to wonder--- #THINKPOSITIVE

    me up for a lunchdate and i was jus sooO
    stressed out. She pulled the car over and
    told me to breathe. I told her "DONT BE ALL
    CRAZY RIGHTNOW" "WTH IS THAT GUNA DO"

    Anyways.... wen ur breathing make sure u
    have PERFECT POSTURE - A STR8 SPINE

    u can sit #crossedlegged on the floor,
    or sit (perfect #posture ) on the couch,
    #iwantyou to be #comfortable

    if u are familiar with the #meditation pose, do ya thang

    Anyways take 3- 5 PREFERABLY 10 minutes,
    wen u need it, i started doing this everytime i was fellin some #typeofway

This means consciously and conscientiously choosing sleep over binge-watching an entire Game of Thrones season on TV, playing Candy Crush or scrolling Instagram on your phone until midnight, or spending an extra hour doing work or gossiping with your girlfriend. It is just a important as choosing what passes your lips during the hours you are awake.
