- Big day yesterday at the BeerBQ Comp at Pakenham
Race Course. Our Big D's BBQ Team worked very hard and achieved an overall 4th Place with a big Yoder Pellet cooker using Lumberjack Pellets, and a charcoal Offset with smoldering Cherry Chunks on Gidgee Charcoal.
Congratulations to David and Brian! 🏆
The Brisket was Moist and tender and melted in my mouth, the candied red Pork Ribs were to die for, the Cupcake shaped glazed Chicken thighs were awesome to look at and tasted very Moist and flavoursome.
