    Hello Trishis!! Por fin viernes aunque hoy trabaje... se hace eterna la semana porque no tengo ni un hueco casi libre y tengo ganas de tener tiempo para mi 💆🏼‍♀️

    Os dejo mi snack de media mañana, riquísimo y hecho en 2 min 🥰

    🌱TORTITAS DE ARROZ, QUESO FRESCO, TOMATITOS Y ORÉGANO 🌱 MINI PIZZAS 🍕
    .
    👩🏼‍🍳Prepara dos tortitas y añade queso fresco, metelo al micro 1 minuto hasta que se deshaga un pelín. Una vez esté deshecho añade los cherries y el orégano. Y LISTO PARA COMER! 👏🏻🤤

  • I made about 24 yoghurt pops, so you can halve the recipe to make less. .
    〰️ 1kg @barambahorganics full fat natural yoghurt
    〰️ 4 bananas
    〰️ 2 tbsp honey
    〰️ 1 tbsp cinnamon .
    I blended all these ingredients together, then stirred in 3 tbsp @nutraorganics chia seeds. .
    Freeze for a couple of hours, then place paddlepop stick in, and leave to freeze overnight. .
    Chia seeds are high in protein and fibre, rich in antioxidants, calcium and omega 3’s. A superfood that can be easily added into your diet!
