  • My favorite snack is tuna, mixed with half an avocado, a splash of apple cider vinegar and ground salt and pepper!! This looks like a great option also, I will definitely have to give this a try!!

  • ✍🏻so I’ve started a diet, 2 weeks ago.First time in..4.5years😮Yes,I’ve been doing bodybuilding,or,to be more specific in my case–muscleshaping💪🏻 for years now–6.5 years.I’ve been in my best shape for a while now😊👏🏻.Why did I start a diet so?🧐I heard about a great Bodybuilding Event happening in Ireland in a Spring season and simply got tempted to go there and shine on the Stage!😍💖For the competition purpose, the diet is necessary as you need to look even leaner and dryer while on the stage.The last time I was on a diet (commonly known word diet which brings to mind another word: “restrictions”🤨)was before the Arnold Classic Europe in Madrid,where I represented Ireland in a Bikini Fitness category👙.Ive been working out systematically under same PT supervision.

    I achieved my Dream Body 🏆approx 2.5years ago and I’ve been passionately maintaining it since then.There are some improvements on my physique details of course showing up over time, that’s a beautiful side effect of my dedication to the gym trainings.

    Why am I saying I achieved my dream body?🤔😁It has been a goal of mine since I stepped into the gym for the very first time–to feel FIT,to be STRONG, have amazinglyTONED body with beautifully shaped curves,crazy good back & shoulders definition and stay ELEGANT and CLASSY at the same time.That’s how I came up with my bio”AESTHETIC BODY – ELEGANT SOUL”💕💞💋
    I wanted to have impressive muscle definition while working out in the gym/flexing during the Show or fitness photoshoot💪🏻but have all these muscles invisible on other occasion, on a daily basis when I wear my beloved classy dresses👗Done and dusted. I have a long and interesting fit journey behind me, I achieved what I wanted and I do my best to keep it forever❣️What’s most important I do enjoy my lifestyle and would love to help you all who follows me here for an inspiration-to feel same about yours💕Let’s focus on the above mentioned diet in this post-I started it as I found out about that event happening in Ireland⬇️❣️READ MORE IN COMMENTS BELOW❣️
