  • It's great when you nearly finish a workout!
    It's not so great then your forearm is insanly tight so you have to stop what you are doing and streatch it out.

    It's not like a sharp pain, it's like a dull building pain because I was holding on to the weights so tightly it was straining my left arm, and my left side is my weakest as its not in use as much as my right it can tighten up very quickly!
    What happens when your using knives all day, I'm right dominant so my tight side is used to being used where my left lags behind quite a bit!
    It's normal for you to have a stronger and weaker side, you can see it when your working out as if your using weights and dumbbells especialy you can see that one side will fatuige faster than the other!
    It's always my left regardless!

    Things like this happen when you workout, just stretch out and if you need to stop!
    I've had this happen before so I knew what to do and how to help it bonus was I only had my core left to do so didn't need my arms to be lifting anything just to support. .
