    How are things????
    .
    Anywho.....
    .
What’s your mindset like when it comes to that ole glass of water that is half full/half empty.. 💧🤔
    .
When you focus on the 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 in your life, you attract more 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🔥 It’s true! 🤷🏼‍♂️
    .
If you want to bring better people in your life, you need to become the person that will attract them! Take a look in the mirror and throw all biased opinions aside.
    .
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀? 💰 or 💩?
    .
Become the best possible version of you that you can! If you’re experiencing negativity day in & day out, take a step back and evaluate your life. Relationships, job, hobby’s, what are you letting sink into your head? 🧐
    .
It may take time, but practicing positivity each day will eventually become a habit for life 😬🙏🏻

  • ✖️I think about death quite often.

Not in the depressing sense… I simply contemplate if I’ll be happy when I’m on my death bed.

I’m determined to live a life where I’m lying there, staring at my family, and can honestly say… without a shadow of a doubt… that I lived my version of a full life.

Does anyone else think this way?

I used to make my decisions day-to-day based on a deep psychological foundation of scarcity.

“What should I study in school that will give a job that will pay me enough?”

“What is the safest decision here? How can I best protect myself?”

    Numbness. Playing it safe.

In my experience, when you develop the courage to step into the space of TRUSTING yourself… taking fearless action aligned with your desires, intuition, and vision for your life…

Uncertainty arises, people don’t understand you, your circle becomes smaller… you experience extreme highs and lows.

I’ll be cliche here… I guess what I’m saying is… I’m both a fucking MASTERPIECE and a work in progress at the same. damn. time.

And when you step into that space of following your dreams, you will be too.

There’s no life manual for living “a right life” or “a proper life” … that shit is scary. And exhilarating 🙂

I’m nowhere near where I’d like to be, but I have learned a few things in the last few years flexing this muscle (pun intended 😉) of “following my higher purpose”

    1. Honor your intuition. It will rarely lead your wrong. Don’t be sporadic with your decision making, but honor your emotions and ability to make decisions.

    2. Honor your energy. Guard who you surround yourself with. I cut people out of my life often, and not from a negative space. They simply aren’t meant to walk with me on my path.

    3. Honor your thoughts. We’re humans and default to reaction mode, but never forget you have the ability to focus on whatever you’d like. The repercussions for you not reading your vision and goals for your life everyday are more severe than I could ever articulate.

    4. Honor your process. Love yourself and the shit you’re going through. If you feel stagnant, there are lessons yet to be learned that will unlock your next level.

    Lets play wisely ❤️ P

  • FIGHT: 🤔 You ever have one of those workouts where you feel like you just aren’t on your game? 🤔 Aren’t able to push like you normally can and aren’t quite sure why? 🙋🏾‍♀️ That was me tonight. I was pushing myself but felt like I had to take more breaks than usual - or than I’d like to. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And maybe it’s just my mind playing tricks on me. After all, I’m in Week 3 (now Chapter 2) and the workouts are harder. 🤼‍♀️ But this competition I’ve got going on (always me vs. me) feels like I should be doing better. 🥊 But I showed up. I fought my way through. And I didn’t quit. 💪🏾 And sometimes that’s what it’s about. May not always be your best performance. But you showed up, gave it your best and didn’t throw in the towel. 💯 And that’s what’s up. #fightthruit
