Solid consistency throughout pregnancy will not only keep your body ready but will more importantly keep you feeling fresh and back to yourself after birth.
Please note - Not every pregnancy is the same. It is not advised to start a new regime whilst pregnant however its perfectly ok to continue training as normal doing LESS if required.
Every birth is different. Every recovery is different.
