  • If I could just eat big sexy salads like this every day, I would. So yeah. essentially I do. 😎
    As much as I enjoy being creative sometimes I just cbf (and these are probably the nights I eat the most veg so can’t be all bad) 🤷🏻‍♂️. Here I just have some roasted broc + cauli (coated in garl/oni powder, nooch and s&p), spinach, bit of leftover brown rice, heaps of avo, tofu w this real nice @ceresorganics coconut dressing I took from my Mum’s house after Christmas Day (😂😂), and some seeds and tomato. 💪🏼 Can’t beat a beaut salad (or a #powerbowl #buddhabowl #veganbowl or #plantbowl - let’s be real they’re all just synonyms for salad in bowls). Also fun fact, I went to the doctor today thinking I had water stuck in my ear, turns out I had a mild ear infection and didn’t even know 😂😂. Plant based makes ya hardy I tell ya! 🤗🤗

  • Hey 👋 I realise I've been a bit sparse with my postings lately! I've got a couple of projects on at the mo 🤫 and I'm moving house this weekend 🙌 so I've been having random dinners to use up what's in my cupboard. Love clearing out my foods and starting afresh (it's been a very cheap month for groceries). So farewell to all the followers that have left and hey to the ones that stayed. Hows everyone's veganuary going? 😏

  • Good morning! I try to have at least one cup of berries every day as berries are a very good source of fiber, antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamin C and other important nutrients. They are also low in calories but high in water which keeps me hydrated and energised 😊💪 My breakfast bowl was a brown rice and millet porridge with kiwi, banana, sesame seeds and flaxseed. I poured hot berries on top to give it a sweet and full flavour 😊
