    It was as bad as I look! Hah! I would be such a big fat liar if I told you that this program was a walk in the park. The twenty minutes is hard. I take lots of breaks. And today he times it by THREE. Yes, it was an hour. And I was a puddle. So sweaty. But guess what? I finish tomorrow!!! Baaaaa!

    I’m so proud! Even though I take lots of breaks and don’t always do the same thing as him 😂. But I can tell you another thing — I am SO GLAD this is not the ONLY workout program I have access too. I have access to thousands of dollars of workouts at my fingertips — all streamable ! I still haven’t decided if I’m gonna do this starting again on Monday - or pick something else.

    I’m not saying I didn’t like it. I did. It’s 20 minutes. It flies by. I feel strong. I’m just saying it’s hard. And I like cardio. Which this program is. But maybe I wanna dance? Or lift weights? Or do some mma? Or do cardio without a step? Or do a program that’s a mixture?
