  • You will never be motivated all of the time. You have to learn to be disciplined.

    How many times have you started your journey buzzing and eager to succeed?

    Only to get 2-3 weeks in, lose motivation and subsequently grind to a halt.

    Maybe this happened to you at the start of this year?

    Motivation will only last for so long, you need to learn to put systems in place that allow you to stay disciplined and in the zone when times get tough.

    Discipline is all about making it easy to show up when you don’t want to.

    And how do you do that?

    Have systems in place that make it HARDER to not show up.

    For example having your meals cooked up ready for the day.

    This will mean if you don’t fancy eating healthy, you will have to actively choose to waste your own time, money and effort.

    In most cases you will eat what you have prepared.

    If you were relying on will power alone days like that could lead to bad food decisions.
    -
    Create habits through systems that will lead to discipline when motivation is lacking.
